Like the networks do at the end of every season, I have decided to evaluate my network’s lineup. If you read my 2009 Lineup, then you know that I have somewhat of an extensive TV show obsession. However, now that I am living in New York (also, without cable), I feel that I should free up some time for exploring the city. So, I have decided to cut some shows; drum roll please…From Monday night: Chuck (I watched the 2 hour season premiere and thought it was way to hokey this go-around, and haven’t watched an episode since), and Rita Rocks (haven’t seen a single episode this season). From Wednesday night: Samantha Who (that one got cut for me). From Thursday night: CSI (after Grissom left, Sarah left (though came back this season), and Warrick died, it just wasn’t the same, and Grey’s Anatomy (this one was really hard, but this season is just completely uninteresting to me). Also, ‘Til Death, which for some reason wasn’t on my 2009 Lineup, I cut as well due to ridiculously bad storyline; they honestly have shown episodes over again with minor changes!
So, that leaves my lineup with:
How I Met Your Mother, House, Gossip Girl, Heroes, Fringe, CSI: NY, The Office, Desperate Housewives, Brothers & Sisters, and added this year, Modern Family.
P.S. you’ll notice that No Reservations is on neither the keep nor the cut list; this is because, without cable, I don’t have the Travel Channel, but I still love it, so if I ever get the chance, I will definitely watch it.
